This baroque structure has medieval dates. There used to be a synagogue in here taken over by the local authorities and altered into a church with the approval of King Albrecht II in 1438. Since 1446 it functioned as a hospital’s chapel. In 1729 on countess Schaffgotsch own initiative it was completely rebuilt. After the World War II the chapel function as a baptismal chapel.
