Built at the end of XIII century, altered into a store in 1562. After the Thirty-year War Otton von Nostitz ordered to renovate the chapel and to give it back to the Catholic Church. In 1776 fire damaged it completely. Rebuilt once again by Prince Franz Baudert in 1786 in a baroque style. At the beginning of the XIX century it was again turned into a store and workshops. Within the years 1846-1944 it functioned as a funeral chapel. Since 1978 religion lessons and the masses for children were held in here. After another redecoration in 1987 it again was used as a funeral chapel.
Over the sandy portal in the niche there is St Barbara’s figure. Inside the chapel a late renaissance altar remained displaying the Adoration of the Infant Jesus.
